When we first set out to create homes that we could put our hands on our hearts and say were homes to be proud of, we took a long and dispassionate look at our approach to house building to try to analyse what it is that makes us different.
We also looked closely at whether being different made us the best.
And, we have to say, we were proud of the results.
Being Different...
Being different to us means making sure that each home has an individual statement to make about family life and a real contribution to make towards it being happy.
It means not being mass-produced and never cutting corners or using lesser quality materials or finishings simply to achieve a target price.
That’s not what people look for in a home.
It means being able to control every step of the building phase, from the foundations to the door knockers; having the skills and expertise on the team to undertake every aspect of creating a home.
That means there’s always a pleasing flow and harmony to how the house sits within its surroundings and how family life is perfectly complemented by the calming balance of its interior, the ease of living it offers and the joy it can bring.
